How often should I have my home deep cleaned?
That is personal preference of course, but we offer a Four Seasons Cleaning Service designed to make your home sparkle before each season.
Do I need to provide any supplies or equipment?
For your convenience, all cleaning supplies and equipment are provided.
Do I have a choice of which type of cleaning products you use in my home?
Of course! Depending on your preference, you can request we use earth-friendly cleaning products or conventional cleaning products, the choice is yours.
Who is the cleaning crew?
We have an incredible group of men and women that we have trained ourselves. If you use us often enough, you will see the same faces.
How many people will come to clean my home?
It depends on the size of your home and the type of cleaning but anywhere between three to eight crew members over the course of one to three days. We will let you know what to anticipate when we send the estimate.
Do I have to be home when the crew comes?
That is entirely up to you but know that one of the owners and a manager is always on-site. We do not drop off a crew and leave, we are on-site during the entire length of the job.
What will it cost to deep clean my home?
We believe no two homes are exactly alike and cleaning needs are customized to suit your family’s requirements.
What days do you clean homes?
Monday through Friday but special arrangements can be made to do cleanings on the weekends.
How do I pay for my cleaning?
Payment is due the day of the scheduled clean. We accept all major credit cards, checks and cash.
Are you insured?
We sure are.
When I call your office, will I get voicemail or an answering service?
If you get our voicemail, we will call you back right away.
We respond to all requests within 24 hours.
